Sewing for summer-2

Another dress in the series, sewing for summer. Again it is a simple frock in pink. I just love the prints in this material.

Usually I prefer sleeveless dresses, so this too is with thin shoulder straps decorated with small bows. I have used buttons in contrast color, to enhance its look.

Thank you very much for your comments on the birthday dress. Sorry, I could not respond to your comments immediately, I was been to my mom's home for a while. Now I am back at home, so keep watching for pretty posts.

I am linking this to the parties here

  7. The pleats are a perfect detail. And the straps make it much easier for a small child to really run and play. Well, the same is true for adults, too, I guess. Very nice work.
